The Small Villa
The Small Villa is just right for an adventurer looking for a base of operations in Helike. It will produce a modest income generated by the 2 small production modules of your choice. The Caretaker will make sure that production continues smoothly and will even take your wares to market, generating 4 random mats of the appropriate type/ month (pomegranates for a pom grove, scrolls for a scriptorium). Your Caretaker can be changed to a Guard if you think your Villa will need more defense. That will cut your Villa production in half. This Villa is available for 500GP. ($50)

Sleeps 3- comes with a Caretaker who generates 10 GP/month. (You, the owner, are one of the Residents)
Can be fitted with an Altar of the purchaser’s choice as one of the small modules for +2 to defense.
