This underwater Estate is great for Oceanids as well as land lubbers. It has convenient access from a stout wooden gate on a small island- or swim in through the handy airlock portal. With built in bulkheads you never have to worry about flooding. One of the best features for a prosperous merchant is the prepared Murex bed inside the Estate. All you need is to procure the first Murex snails and then watch them- and your wallet- grow! This Estate is also fitted with a nifty spike trap and spring loaded wall axe for added security. Any swimming invaders will have to tangle with the tame kraken and shark roaming the area. There is a small altar to Poseidon in the “yard” as well as some ruins of an old statue to explore. There are mana crystals and a “garden” to harvest in the yard as well. A tier 3 donation is all it takes to make this one of a kind Estate yours!

This Estate sleeps 7. It comes with a Caretaker and an Animal Handler. A Geas may have to be renewed to maintain the protection of the Kraken and Shark.
